Your right of withdrawal
Normally, EU consumers can cancel an online purchase within 14 days. FPS Tweaks is digital content that you receive right away: your license key appears on screen and in your email the moment you pay. At checkout you ask us to deliver it immediately and confirm that you lose this 14-day right once you receive the key.
When we refund anyway
If FPS Tweaks does not work on your PC and we can't fix the problem together, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. Please include your license key and describe the problem.
FPS Tweaks Pro subscriptions
- You can cancel anytime on the Account page. No new charges follow.
- Pro keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for. We don't refund partial months, unless the law requires it.
- Charged for a renewal you forgot to cancel? Email us within 48 hours of the charge and we'll look at it.
Remote Setup
- Cancel anytime before your session starts for a full refund.
- If you end the session partway, we refund the part we didn't do.
- If we can't connect or can't finish the setup, we refund you in full.
- Once the setup is done, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies.
- A Remote Setup refund doesn't affect your license.

How refunds work
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Once a license is refunded, its key stops working: the next time FPS Tweaks checks your license, it stops applying tweaks and running Game Mode.
The tweaks you applied stay in place until you undo them. If you want your original settings back, open FPS Tweaks and click "Undo all" before you ask for the refund, and in any case before you uninstall the app.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank. We usually solve problems faster, and we may deactivate the license of a disputed payment.
